About
Vogli GM 2 from Medley is a triple-combination tablet for adults with type 2 diabetes that is not well controlled by one or two medicines alone.
Uses

How it works
Voglibose slows the breakdown of carbs in the gut. Glimepiride helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin reduces sugar made by the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. The three work on different parts of the sugar pathway.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first main meal of the day. Do not skip meals.
Side effects
- Low blood sugar
- Gas, bloating, loose stools
- Nausea or metallic taste
- Weight changes
Precautions
Always carry glucose for hypoglycaemia. Tell your doctor about kidney, liver or heart issues, and avoid heavy alcohol.
