Clindinol 5 from Knoll Healthcare is a prescription tablet containing Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker used to control high blood pressure. The lower 5 mg strength is often used to start treatment or in patients who need a gentler dose.

How it works
Cilnidipine relaxes the muscle layer in blood vessels, allowing them to widen. With wider vessels, blood flows more easily and the blood pressure comes down, easing the load on the heart.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, with or without food. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
