Telma NB Tablet (10 Tab)

Telma NB Tablet from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is a combination of Telmisartan with Nebivolol, used for blood pressure control with a heart-friendly beta-blocker.

• High blood pressure (hypertension)
• BP linked to raised heart rate or angina, as advised by the doctor

Telmisartan is an angiotensin-receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels by blocking a hormone that tightens them. Nebivolol is a selective beta-blocker that slows the heart and also helps release nitric oxide, which gently widens the arteries, so blood pressure drops smoothly.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.

• Slow heart rate
• Tiredness
• Dizziness on standing
• Cold hands and feet
• Mild headache

Tell your doctor about asthma, very slow pulse, heart block, severe heart failure, liver or kidney problems, or pregnancy. Avoid alcohol and rise slowly from sitting or lying down.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
