Thyronorm 25 mcg 120 tab

Thyronorm from Abbott is a low-strength thyroid hormone tablet containing Levothyroxine Sodium. It is useful for starting therapy or small dose adjustments.

• Hypothyroidism (under-active thyroid)
• Mild or starting-dose therapy

• Support after thyroid surgery

Levothyroxine is a synthetic form of T4, the main hormone the thyroid makes. It tops up hormone levels so metabolism and energy work normally.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually in the morning with water on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food, tea, coffee, or other medicines.

• Palpitations
• Tremor
• Sweating, heat intolerance
• Sleep disturbance
• Weight or appetite change

Inform the doctor about heart disease, diabetes, adrenal disease, or pregnancy. Do not change the dose on your own; periodic TSH tests guide adjustments.

Store below 25°C in the original pack, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
