Walamycin Suspension from Wallace Pharmaceuticals contains Colistin in a child-friendly liquid form. It is given for certain bacterial gut infections under a doctor's advice.

Colistin is a polymyxin antibiotic. When taken by mouth, it stays mostly within the gut and damages the outer wall of harmful bacteria, helping clear infection in the digestive tract.

Give as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well and measure using the cup or dropper provided. Finish the full course even if the child feels better.
