Dizone from Ozone carries disulfiram, a medicine used in supervised alcohol-deaddiction programmes to support people staying off alcohol.

Disulfiram blocks an enzyme that breaks down alcohol, so even a small drink causes flushing, nausea and palpitations, which acts as a deterrent.

Swallow the tablet with water as prescribed by your doctor, only when fully informed about the alcohol reaction.

• Severe reaction if alcohol is taken

Do not start within 12 hours of any alcohol. Avoid hidden alcohol in tonics, mouthwash or sauces. Not for those with serious heart or liver disease.
