Zomelis-DM Forte

Zomelis-DM Forte from Eris is a triple-combination diabetes tablet that brings together Vildagliptin, Dapagliflozin and Metformin. It is prescribed when blood sugar needs strong, multi-pronged control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
