Glucreta L 5/5 is a lower-strength dual-action diabetes tablet from Torrent. It combines an SGLT2 inhibitor with a DPP-4 inhibitor for adults with type 2 diabetes.

How it works

Dapagliflozin lets the kidneys pass extra sugar out in urine. Linagliptin supports natural gut hormones that prompt the pancreas to release more insulin and reduce sugar made by the liver. The pair tackles blood sugar from two directions.

How to take

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Keep fluid intake steady.
