Rifa i-6

Rifa i-6 from Concept Pharma is a combined oral contraceptive pill containing ethinylestradiol and levonorgestrel, two hormones used together to help prevent pregnancy.

• Helps prevent pregnancy when taken regularly
• May help regulate the menstrual cycle
• Can help reduce period pain in some users
• Used as advised in certain hormonal conditions

The two hormones together stop the ovary from releasing an egg each month and also change the lining of the womb and cervical mucus, making pregnancy much less likely.

Take one tablet daily at around the same time as prescribed by your doctor, following the cycle on the pack.

• Nausea or breast tenderness
• Headache or mood changes
• Spotting between periods
• Weight changes

Not suitable for smokers over 35, or those with a history of blood clots, certain cancers or severe liver disease. Tell your doctor about migraines, high blood pressure or any new symptoms. Use additional protection if you miss a dose.

Store below 25 degrees C in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and out of reach of children.
