About
Diapride M4 Forte from Micro Labs combines high doses of Glimepiride and Metformin in one tablet. It is used in advanced type 2 diabetes where strong combined therapy is needed.

How it works
Glimepiride helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin lowers liver sugar output and improves insulin sensitivity. The forte strength provides a bigger effect from both ingredients together.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with a main meal to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole, do not chew or crush.
Side effects
- Low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia)
- Nausea, diarrhoea, metallic taste
- Stomach cramps or reduced appetite
Precautions
Kidney function should be checked from time to time. Avoid heavy alcohol. Report any severe tiredness, breathlessness or unusual muscle pain to your doctor right away.
