Telvas 3D 80 from Aristo Pharmaceuticals is a stronger three-in-one BP tablet: telmisartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used when BP needs firmer combined control.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan blocks a hormone that narrows blood vessels, amlodipine eases calcium flow so vessel walls widen, and hydrochlorothiazide is a water pill that clears extra salt and fluid. Together they lower the pressure inside your arteries.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor with a glass of water, usually at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness or light-headedness
- Ankle swelling, flushing
- Increased urination, headache or tiredness
Precautions
Let your doctor know about kidney issues, gout, diabetes, low electrolytes, low BP, or pregnancy or breastfeeding plans. Stand up slowly. Keep regular BP and lab reviews.
