Norgest Tablet from Micro Labs contains norethisterone, a man-made hormone that behaves like the body's natural progesterone. Doctors prescribe it for period-related problems such as heavy bleeding, painful periods and endometriosis.

It tops up progesterone-like hormone levels and regulates how the womb lining grows and sheds, which brings irregular or heavy cycles back under control.
