Shakti Ras

Shakti Ras from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic rasa preparation. It is traditionally used as a general tonic for weakness and low vitality.

It is a classical Ayurvedic formula combining herbo-mineral ingredients in small doses. As per Ayurveda, such rasa medicines work as rasayana, helping nourish body tissues and supporting natural strength and energy.

Take as guided by your Ayurvedic practitioner. It is usually taken in a very small dose with honey, ghee or warm milk, as per the practitioner's advice. Do not exceed the advised dose.
