Alsarex is a Charak ayurvedic tablet used as a natural support for acidity, gastritis and ulcer-like symptoms. Many people take it alongside diet changes for stomach comfort.

• Gastritis and stomach burning
• Indigestion and gas

Ingredients like Sutshekhar Ras, Shankha Bhasma and Suvarna Gairika are traditionally believed to neutralise acid, support the stomach lining and bring relief from burning and discomfort.

Usually 1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day with water, before meals, or as advised on the pack or by your ayurvedic doctor.

Not recommended in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children without advice. Inform your doctor if you take other regular medicines or have chronic stomach disease.
