Fusion Ayurveda Alsi (Flaxseed) Oil is cold-pressed flaxseed oil, a plant source of omega-3 fatty acids. Used as a small daily supplement for heart and skin health.

How it works
Flaxseed oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fat that supports healthy blood fat levels, lowers mild inflammation and helps skin and joint health.
How to take
Usually 1 teaspoon a day with food or as mentioned on the label, or as guided by your doctor. Do not heat or cook with this oil.
