Erytop 20 Oint

Erytop ointment from USV contains erythromycin, an antibiotic from the macrolide family, applied to the skin for acne and certain bacterial skin infections.

• Mild to moderate acne
• Minor bacterial skin infections (as advised)

Erythromycin stops the bacteria on the skin from making the proteins they need to grow. Fewer bacteria means less inflammation and fewer new pimples over time.

Wash and pat dry the affected area. Apply a thin layer to the spots, as prescribed by your doctor. Wash hands after use and avoid the eyes, mouth and broken skin.

• Dryness or peeling
• Mild burning or stinging
• Redness or itching
• Oily or greasy feel

Tell your doctor if you are using other acne creams, retinoids or strong soaps, as combining them can irritate the skin. Use sunscreen during the day. Avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised.

Keep tightly closed below 25 degrees C, away from heat and sunlight, and out of children's reach.
