Adalene Nano Gel 15 gm

Adalene Nano Gel from Zydus is a 15 gm topical acne gel that combines Adapalene 0.1% and Clindamycin 1%. It is a prescription gel that treats moderate acne — the kind with both red pimples and whiteheads or blackheads.

Adapalene is a retinoid that unclogs pores and helps skin cells turn over normally. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that kills the bacteria (Cutibacterium acnes) which cause acne inflammation. Together they tackle both the cause and the bumps.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Usually applied as a thin layer to clean, dry skin once at night. Wash hands before and after. Avoid eyes, lips and nostrils.

Use a non-greasy moisturiser and a daily sunscreen — adapalene makes skin sensitive to sun. Avoid waxing, harsh scrubs or other strong actives on the same area. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
