How it works
Methylcobalamin (a form of vitamin B12) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6) help maintain healthy nerve fibres, folic acid supports nerve metabolism, and alpha lipoic acid acts as an antioxidant that helps protect nerves from oxidative stress.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food and with a glass of water. Do not change the dose on your own.
