Benfomet Forte from Sun Pharma is a stronger nerve-care formula that combines benfotiamine and mecobalamin with alpha lipoic acid, folic acid, inositol, chromium and selenium. It is meant for people with diabetic neuropathy who need broader nutritional and antioxidant support.
