Shadbindu Tel 50 ml

Shadbindu Tel from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic nasal oil in a larger 50 ml pack. It is used in many Indian families for nasal and sinus complaints linked with cold weather.

• Blocked or congested nose
• Sinus heaviness
• Headache from cold
• Loss of smell from cold

The oil is a traditional Ayurvedic formula of herbs prepared in sesame oil. Used as nasal drops (nasya), it is believed to clear the channels of the head, ease congestion and support normal breathing through the nose.

Use as guided by your Ayurvedic practitioner. Usually warmed slightly and a few drops are placed in each nostril while lying with the head tilted back. Rest for a few minutes after use.

Avoid in pregnancy, in young children, during acute fever, after a heavy meal, or in active nose bleed. Stop use if you notice any allergic reaction.
