Shadbindu Tel 25 ml

Shadbindu Tel from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic nasal oil (nasya tel). It has been used in Indian households for nose and head concerns linked with cold and sinus heaviness.

The oil is based on a classical Ayurvedic formula with herbs in a sesame oil base. According to Ayurveda, putting a few drops in the nostrils helps clear blocked channels in the head and supports easy breathing.

Use as guided by your Ayurvedic practitioner. Usually a couple of warm drops are placed in each nostril while lying down, then the person rests for a few minutes. Avoid swallowing the oil.

Do not use in children under 7 unless your practitioner advises. Avoid in pregnancy, asthma flare-ups, nose bleed, or just after meals. Do not apply if the bottle smells rancid.
