Triphala Churna from Dabur is a classical Ayurvedic powder made from three fruits — Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. It is widely used for gentle digestion and bowel support and is one of the most well-known Ayurvedic formulations.

In the Ayurvedic view, the three fruits balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha together. The blend gently stimulates the gut, softens stools and supports digestion without a harsh laxative effect.

Usually taken with warm water at bedtime or as advised by your Ayurvedic doctor. Some take it with honey in the morning on an empty stomach. Follow the directions on the pack or by your physician.
