Mahanarayan Tel from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic massage oil built around a wide group of herbs processed in a sesame oil base. It is a long-standing favourite for joint and muscle care.

The oil follows a classical Ayurvedic recipe that infuses several Vata-pacifying herbs into sesame oil. This is the basis of its traditional use for joint comfort and muscle relaxation.

Warm a small amount and gently massage onto the affected joints or muscles. Cover with a warm cloth for better comfort. Use as part of the routine suggested by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
