Baidyanath Gulkand is a traditional Ayurvedic sweet preserve made from fresh rose petals and sugar, valued as a cooling tonic in Indian wellness.

Rose petals are rich in natural antioxidants and have a cooling effect on the body, while the slow sun-cured preparation is believed in Ayurveda to balance pitta dosha, calm the gut, and gently flush heat from the system.

Take one to two teaspoons after meals, plain or stirred into a glass of milk. Use daily during summer or as advised.
