Joshanda from Hamdard is a traditional Unani herbal blend in granular form, used for generations to ease coughs, colds and sore throats. It is brewed like a warm herbal tea and sipped.

The blend uses time-tested herbs that have soothing and warming actions on the throat and respiratory passages. The warm infusion helps loosen mucus, ease throat irritation and provide comfort during seasonal infections.

Boil one sachet or a teaspoon of granules in a cup of water, strain and drink warm. You may add honey or sugar to taste. Use two to three times a day or as directed on the pack.
