Shankh Bhasma 10 gm

Shankh Bhasma from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic calcined powder prepared from conch shell (shankh). It is traditionally used for digestive complaints linked with acidity and gas.

Shankh Bhasma is made by purifying and calcining conch shell into a fine powder rich in calcium. As per Ayurveda, it helps balance pitta in the stomach, neutralises excess acid and supports normal digestion.

Take as guided by your Ayurvedic practitioner. Usually a very small pinch is taken with honey, lukewarm water or as advised. Do not exceed the advised dose.

Use only under qualified Ayurvedic guidance. Avoid in kidney stone history, high blood calcium, pregnancy and breastfeeding unless your practitioner advises.
