Saptamrit Lauh from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic iron-based tablet that combines Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki), Mulethi (liquorice) and processed Lauh Bhasma. It is traditionally used to support eye health and general vitality.
