Mahashankh Bati from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic tablet built around Shankh Bhasma along with a group of supporting digestive herbs. It is traditionally used for digestive issues.

The tablet combines Shankh Bhasma with several Deepan and Pachan herbs described in classical Ayurveda as digestive stimulants. This is the basis of its long traditional use for stomach discomfort.
