Amla juice

Baidyanath Amla Juice is a traditional Ayurvedic juice prepared from fresh Indian gooseberry (Amla). It is used as a daily wellness drink to support digestion, immunity and skin and hair health.

Amla juice is packed with vitamin C and plant antioxidants such as polyphenols and tannins. These help fight everyday oxidative stress, support the body's natural defences and aid digestion, in line with how Amla is described in classical Ayurveda.

Mix the recommended amount of juice in a glass of water and drink, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or as directed on the pack. Shake well before use.
