Drakshasava

Drakshasava is a classical Ayurvedic asava prepared by Baidyanath using raisins (Draksha) as the main ingredient along with traditional herbs and spices. It is one of the oldest known fermented herbal tonics in Ayurveda.

• Traditionally used as a heart and strength tonic
• Helps with mild fatigue or weakness
• Used after recovery from illness as a restorative

The natural fermentation produces a small amount of self-generated alcohol that carries the goodness of raisins and herbs in a readily absorbable form. The sweet raisin base is considered nourishing and supportive of digestion in classical Ayurvedic texts.

Take as advised on the pack or by your Ayurvedic practitioner, typically a small measured dose mixed with an equal amount of water after meals.

• Usually well tolerated in recommended doses
• Sweetness may not suit those on sugar restriction

Avoid during pregnancy, in children, and in people advised to avoid alcohol-containing preparations. Diabetic users should check with their doctor first. Shake the bottle gently before pouring.

Keep tightly capped at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and out of children's reach.
