Panchasava

Panchasava is a classical Ayurvedic fermented tonic from Baidyanath, made from a blend of five herbs and natural sugars. It is taken to support digestion, appetite and overall stomach comfort.

• Loss of appetite
• Indigestion and gas
• Weakness after illness
• General digestive tonic

In Ayurveda, the asava-arishta group are fermented liquid preparations whose herbs gently kindle agni (digestive fire) and help nutrients absorb better. The natural alcohol formed during fermentation carries the herbs deeper into the body.

Usually 15-30 ml with an equal amount of water after meals, twice a day, or as advised by your Ayurvedic doctor. Shake the bottle gently before use.

• Sugar content unsuitable for diabetics without advice

Avoid in pregnancy, in children and in people advised to skip alcohol. Speak to your doctor if you have liver disease, diabetes or are on other medicines.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep the cap tight. Do not refrigerate. Use within the shelf life printed on the pack.
