Balarishta

Balarishta from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid tonic made with Bala (Sida cordifolia) and other herbs.

The traditional fermentation gives a mild self-generated alcohol that helps draw out the active parts of Bala and supporting herbs, which Ayurveda describes as nourishing for muscles, nerves, and overall strength.

Take the advised dose with an equal amount of water, usually after meals, as prescribed by your doctor or as written on the pack.
