Lohasav

Lohasav is a classical Ayurvedic tonic from Baidyanath made by fermenting iron (loha) with herbs and natural sugars. It is traditionally used as a haematinic to support people with low energy and pale complexion linked to poor iron levels.

The fermented base carries iron in a form your body can absorb gently, while the herbal ingredients are believed to kindle digestion and help the body use that iron to build healthy blood.

Take as prescribed by your doctor or Ayurvedic practitioner, usually after meals with an equal quantity of water. Shake the bottle well before pouring.

Let your doctor know if you have ulcers, acidity, or are pregnant before starting. Avoid pairing with tea or coffee close to the dose, as they can blunt iron absorption.
