Rohitkarishta

Rohitkarishta from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid (arishta) based on the Rohitaka tree along with supporting herbs. It is traditionally used to support liver and spleen health.

In Ayurveda, the herbs in this arishta are believed to balance Pitta and Kapha and support the liver in clearing toxins. The fermentation process makes the active plant ingredients easier for the body to absorb.

Usually mixed with an equal amount of water and taken after meals, as advised by your Ayurvedic doctor. Shake the bottle gently before use.
