Saraswataristha

Saraswatarishta from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid (arishta) prepared with herbs like Brahmi, Shatavari, Vidari, Haritaki and gold bhasma in some traditional recipes. It is widely used as a brain and memory tonic in Ayurveda.
