Chitrak Haritki 100gm

Chitrak Haritki is a classical Ayurvedic herbal jam, or avaleha, from Baidyanath. It is traditionally used to support digestion and ease respiratory complaints, especially long-standing cough and cold.

The formula is built around haritaki and chitrak, two herbs that classical Ayurveda describes as kindling the digestive fire and clearing excess kapha from the chest.

Take as prescribed by your Ayurvedic doctor, usually with warm water or milk.

• May cause loose stools if taken in excess

Use under qualified Ayurvedic guidance. Diabetics should ask the doctor as the jam contains natural sweeteners. Avoid in pregnancy unless specifically advised.

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and out of reach of children. Use a clean dry spoon.
