Vasarishta

Vasarishta from Baidyanath is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid preparation (arishta) made mainly from Vasa (Adhatoda vasica) along with supportive herbs. It is traditionally used for respiratory health.

Vasa is known in Ayurveda for its Kapha-Pitta balancing action and supportive role in the respiratory system. The fermentation process is believed to enhance bioavailability of the herbs. Modern clinical data is limited.

Use as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician, usually mixed with an equal quantity of water after meals. Shake the bottle gently before use.

Not recommended in pregnancy, in young children or in people with diabetes without medical supervision, as arishtas naturally contain some self-generated alcohol. Inform your doctor of any chronic illness or other medicines.

Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Tightly close the cap after use and keep out of children's reach.
