Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor. It slows the action of enzymes in the gut that break down carbs, so glucose is released into the blood more gradually after eating.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, just before a meal. Place the tablet on the tongue and let it dissolve, then swallow with water.
