About
Duzela M30 from Sun Pharma combines Duloxetine with Mecobalamin (active vitamin B12). Doctors prescribe it for nerve pain conditions where a slightly higher antidepressant dose is also helpful.
Uses

How it works
Duloxetine is an SNRI that raises serotonin and noradrenaline, which calms overactive nerve pain signals and lifts mood. Mecobalamin nourishes nerve cells and helps rebuild the myelin sheath that protects nerve fibres.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew. Do not stop on your own — your doctor will guide the taper if needed.

Precautions
Use with care in liver or kidney disease, glaucoma, high blood pressure and bleeding problems. Avoid alcohol. Tell the doctor about all medicines, especially other antidepressants and blood thinners.
