Nortimer 10 tab

Nortimer from Intas contains Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant. It is used for depression and certain types of long-standing nerve pain.

Nortriptyline increases the levels of certain brain chemicals such as noradrenaline and serotonin. This helps lift mood, reduce pain signals from nerves, and improve sleep over a few weeks.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually in the evening as it can cause drowsiness. Do not stop suddenly. It may take 2 to 4 weeks before you feel a full effect.

• Drowsiness
• Dry mouth
• Constipation
• Weight gain

Tell your doctor about heart problems, epilepsy, glaucoma, prostate issues, or pregnancy. Avoid alcohol. Rise slowly from sitting or lying to reduce dizziness. Report any new mood changes to your doctor.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry, shaded place. Keep out of reach of children.
