Alzil M Forte pairs donepezil with memantine in a stronger form to help manage moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease and support brain function.

Donepezil increases acetylcholine in the brain by blocking its breakdown. Memantine calms overactive glutamate signals. Together they help protect and support nerve cells.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once in the evening with or without food. Swallow whole with water.

• Sleep disturbance

Tell your doctor about heart rhythm issues, kidney disease, seizures or ulcers. Avoid sudden stops and stand up slowly to limit dizziness.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from sunlight and out of reach of children.
