Alzil M 10 combines donepezil with memantine, two medicines used together to help manage moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease symptoms.

How it works
Donepezil raises acetylcholine levels by blocking its breakdown, while memantine moderates overactive glutamate signalling. Together they support nerve cell function in the brain.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once in the evening with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
