Risdone Forte 10 tab

Risdone Forte from Intas combines Risperidone, an antipsychotic, with Trihexyphenidyl, a medicine that controls movement-related side effects. Doctors prescribe it for certain mental health conditions where stiffness or tremor may also need control.

Risperidone balances dopamine and serotonin in the brain, easing hallucinations, agitation and disturbed thinking. Trihexyphenidyl blocks an action of acetylcholine that contributes to muscle stiffness and tremor, which antipsychotics may cause.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow with water, with or without food. Do not stop on your own, as sudden stopping can cause symptoms to return or worsen.

Share any history of heart disease, diabetes, seizures, glaucoma, or urinary problems with the doctor. Avoid alcohol and driving until you know how the medicine affects you.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep in the strip and out of reach of children.
