Sizodon MD 0.5 is a mouth-dissolving tablet from Sun Pharma containing risperidone, used to help manage certain mental health conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Risperidone belongs to a group of medicines called atypical antipsychotics. It works on chemical messengers in the brain (dopamine and serotonin) to help steady mood, thoughts, and behaviour.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Place the tablet on your tongue and let it dissolve — no water needed. Try to take it at the same time each day.

• Drowsiness or feeling tired
• Weight gain or increased appetite
• Dizziness, especially when standing up
• Mild tremors or restlessness

Tell your doctor if you have heart problems, diabetes, low blood pressure, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol while on this medicine. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the strip sealed until use and out of reach of children.
