Escipil 20 10 tab

Escipil 20 from Leeford is a higher-strength tablet of escitalopram, an SSRI antidepressant used for depression and several anxiety-related conditions.

• Major depression
• Generalised anxiety disorder
• Panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD (as advised)

Escitalopram increases serotonin availability in the brain. With regular use over weeks, this helps stabilise mood, reduce worry and improve overall daily functioning.

Swallow whole with water, with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor. Pick a fixed time each day for consistency. Do not change the dose or stop on your own.

Share your full medicine list with your doctor, especially other antidepressants, painkillers like tramadol, or blood thinners. Mention any liver, kidney, seizure or bleeding issues. Avoid alcohol. Seek help if mood worsens or self-harm thoughts arise.
