Oxetol 450 10 tab

Oxetol 450 from Sun Pharma contains oxcarbazepine, an antiepileptic used to manage different types of seizures.

• Partial-onset seizures
• Generalised tonic-clonic seizures (as add-on)
• Certain neuropathic pain conditions

Oxcarbazepine quietens overactive nerve signals in the brain by acting on sodium channels, helping to reduce seizure activity.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Try to take it at the same times daily and swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Dizziness and drowsiness
• Headache
• Nausea or vomiting
• Blurred or double vision
• Low blood sodium

Let your doctor know about kidney disease, low sodium, allergies, pregnancy plans, or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol and stop driving if you feel drowsy. Never stop abruptly.

Keep below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and sunlight, and out of children's reach.
