Trika 0.5 from Torrent contains Alprazolam, a short-acting benzodiazepine. It is used for short-term relief of severe anxiety and panic and is a Schedule X medicine in India, available only on a special prescription.

Alprazolam boosts the action of GABA, a calming chemical messenger in the brain. This slows down over-active nerve signals, easing anxiety, racing thoughts and panic.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, exactly as directed. Do not increase the dose or take for longer than advised, and do not stop suddenly after regular use as that can trigger withdrawal.
