Frisium 10 15 tab

Frisium 10 from Sanofi contains clobazam, a benzodiazepine medicine. It is used mainly as an add-on treatment for certain types of seizures and, for short periods, for severe anxiety. In India it falls under Schedule X, so it must be obtained against a valid prescription.

Clobazam boosts the calming activity of a brain chemical called GABA. This dampens overactive nerve signals, which helps reduce seizure activity and calm severe anxiety.

Swallow the tablet with water at the times prescribed by your doctor. Do not change the dose or stop suddenly; your doctor will plan any tapering.

• Drowsiness or tiredness
• Dizziness or unsteady walking
• Drooling
• Memory or concentration problems
• Mood changes

Avoid alcohol and other sedatives while on this medicine. Tell your doctor about liver, lung or kidney disease, sleep apnoea, or any history of substance misuse; long use can lead to dependence.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in the original blister, away from light and moisture. Keep safely out of reach of children.
