Cloba 20 from Intas Pharmaceuticals contains clobazam, a benzodiazepine prescribed mainly as add-on treatment for certain seizures. It is a Schedule X prescription medicine in India.

Clobazam enhances the action of GABA, the brain's main calming chemical. This helps quieten over-active nerve signals that can trigger seizures.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not change or stop the dose on your own; your doctor will guide any tapering.

• Mood or behaviour changes

Avoid alcohol and be careful with tasks that need alertness, like driving. Tell your doctor about all other medicines, especially other sedatives or anti-seizure drugs. Discuss pregnancy, breastfeeding or any history of substance misuse with your doctor.
