Depran 10 from Intas combines Escitalopram, an antidepressant, with Clonazepam, an anti-anxiety medicine. Doctors prescribe it for depression linked with severe anxiety or panic symptoms.

Escitalopram is an SSRI that raises serotonin levels in the brain to lift mood. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine that calms over-active nerve signals, easing anxiety and panic in the early weeks of treatment.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not stop suddenly, as this can cause withdrawal symptoms.

This is a Schedule X medicine and is habit-forming if used long term. Tell the doctor about liver, kidney, breathing or seizure problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol and do not drive until you know how the medicine affects you.
